糖醋藕的原料: 藕500g、香菜4颗 糖醋藕的调料:
油1大勺、糖1又1/2大勺、醋1大勺、盐1/2茶匙、生抽1小勺、香油1小勺
糖醋藕的做法: 1、藕洗净去皮,切成薄片。锅内加清水烧开,将藕片下水焯3~5秒钟,然后捞到凉水里马上冷却,然后捞出沥乾水分。
2、香菜洗净后切小段放在藕上,调入所有调味料。
3、锅加热后倒入油,油7成热后淋在藕上,最后搅拌均匀即可。
小贴士: 1、藕烫的时间不宜长,会失去它的脆感,烫好后一定要放凉水里迅速冷却,这样才会使莲藕又脆又嫩。
