AIESEC是法语“Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales”的缩写,意为“国际经济学商学学生联合会”。AIESEC成立于1948年,经过60余年的发展变化,今天AIESEC的成员不再局限于经济学和商学的学生,而容纳更加广泛学科背景的学生。

通过对AIESEC内部人力构成,分析分会发展现状,同时做出新的人员招募的安排,为分会的发展提供更优质的人力来源。在日常工作中,为分会内部的成员提供培训和工作支持。人力资源部有专门的Team来做Global Experience的推广工作,通过促使AIESEC内部成员参加国际志愿者体验计画/国际实习计画以及AIESEC International Conference不断提高AIESEC内部成员自身的核心竞争力。
