1964年6月出生。副院长、教授，研究生导师，济南大学重点岗位教师。山东省自动化学会理事。1993年7月毕业于陕西科技大学（原西北轻工业学院）轻工机械专业，硕士研究生学历，获得工学硕士学位。 主要研究方向为流程工业过程控制技术、智慧型控制和智慧型信息处理、智慧型仪表等。参加“基于网路环境的计算机基础教育改革的研究与实践”（教育部世行贷款项目）、“水泥品种、质量监控软体及其线上实施的研究”（省科委项目）、“运动控制中的硬非线性智慧型补偿策略研究”、“基于CAN/LIN汇流排的载重汽车智慧型网路控制系统及诊断软体开发”、“基于LMI方法的鲁棒稳定性分析及多目标最佳化控制”等科研项目，主持“校园网网路中心监控装置设计”、“基于神经网路的多级倒立摆控制策略研究”、“集散系统对象实验装置建设”和“红箭—8飞弹二级检测控制设备线路板性能检测器”等科研项目。

主编《自动控制原理 基本理论.例题详解.典型习题》，参编《自动控制理论》、《PC机彙编语言与接口技术》、《网路技术基础》和《自动控制理论解题指导》本科教材和教学指导书。获省级鉴定成果1项，获得山东省教育厅高等学校科技成果二等奖一项、教育厅优秀实验技术成果一等奖、二等奖各一项、省级教学成果三等奖二项、校级优秀实验技术成果奖一等奖二项，济南大学优秀科研成果三等奖二项。并获得全国大学生电子设计竞赛优秀指导教师等称号。
