There is no such thing as the simple truth.

影片讲述加拿大一个小镇的一段悲伤经历。有一天女司机德里斯科尔开的汽车掉入冰湖，车上14个学生死亡。本镇律师史蒂芬斯联合死亡学生的家长开始了对汽车公司的漫长官司。加拿大着名导演艾顿·伊戈扬编导的一部悲剧片，改编自拉塞尔班克斯同名小说。影片着重心理刻画，表演精湛。

·声音/画面不同步：当史蒂芬斯拜访奥托斯一家的时候，奥托斯先生给他倒了一些茶，可以听到烧水壶的啸声，但是我们看见的那个烧水壶并不是这种发出啸声类型的。
